Tirana forever green tower is among the tallest buildings in the Balkan, It is 85 meter long and will serve as a multifunctional building. The total building occupies an area of more than 12,400 m² and will have 20 floors, in which four underground. The tower will have 4 levels of underground parking, commercial space, shops, 7 office levels , 8 residential levels and a super deluxe hotel in a panoramic position on the town. The building has a very interesting design as it takes a minimal amount of public space on the ground, with a narrow base and further widening when altitude increases. EME has given a very important contribute with Schindler 5500 elevators.
