Initially Universiteti POLIS was located in the center of Tirana while, at a second stage, it moved to a modern building in the fastest growing metropolitan corridor connecting Tirana with the International Airport and the Durrës port. The project uses the adaptation of the existing industrial structures and also the addition of a new innovative structure following an environmental approach and guaranteeing energetic efficiency.
